Below are some of the common questions we are asked about having Cynthia potentially speak to their group.

We don’t have chapters. Is that an issue for Cynthia?

No. Many of Cynthia’s programs are great for any leaders – including corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurs.

Cynthia uses chapter leaders in her descriptions as a generic term. She’s spoken to associations and organizations that have branches, regions, districts, you name it. Always a pro, Cynthia does her research and learns the terms that are the best fit for your members.

I need content that members can use at work as well in the volunteer world.

No problem. Cynthia almost always speaks with references about how to apply what she teaches to work as well as volunteer efforts. She knows the more value she gives to attendees, the more they will rave to you about being brilliant for brining her in as a speaker!

My leaders have other challenges I need addressed than what I see in the sample topics. Can Cynthia still help?

Cynthia has been speaking professionally to volunteer leaders since 1994. Has written five books specifically for chapter leaders and has led more than 100 webinars on a wide variety of topics – all giving leaders specific ideas they can use right away.

Can Cynthia do a keynote as well as a break-out?

Yes. She frequently does that. It gives your participants a chance to go deeper with Cynthia and get exposed to more potential ways to apply what they learn.

Note: If you have Cynthia do a breakout after her keynote, you’ll probably need a bigger room then usual. Cynthia is a dynamic speaker and many of your attendees will want more time with her.

I want Cynthia to lead a full-day or multiple-day event for us. Does she do that?

Where does Cynthia fly in from?

Cynthia is based in Ann Arbor, MI and flies out of DTW – Detroit. However, she may fly to your event from another city. If this happens, we prorate the airfare for everyone involved in that trip – which often saves everyone some money.
